Historic Hotels Belgium
The ‘Historic Hotels Ghent’ group consists of three small hotels owned by a private owner.
These three hotels are Ghent River Hotel, Gravensteen Hotel and Hotel de Flandre.
All three are located in the spectacular medieval city centre of Ghent.
Every hotel is located in one or more renovated historic buildings, one of them even dating back to the year 1518.
The three hotels are in the lively city centre. The centre of Ghent is the largest car-free area in Belgium. The hotels are at just a few minutes from the Gravensteen castle, the Graslei, the Sint Michiels bridge, the Vrijdagsmarkt and many more interesting places.
The city organises lots of fun events each year: the Gentse Feesten (10 days in a row), the Festival of Flanders, the Flemish International Film Festival, the Winter Dream Festival (and the Christmas market) and the Six Day Cycling Event at the Velodrome het Kuipke.
Please be welcome in our city and have a pleasant stay in one of our unique Historic Hotels Ghent!
